Gaudenti has opened its first location in the historic Peyrano shop in Turin on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, becoming a familiar meeting point for connoisseurs of quality espresso and artisan pastries in Turin.
Velvet-covered chairs, wooden parquet flooring and counters full of sweet and savoury delicacies: a café with a cosy atmosphere in which to stop for a longer break than the classic 'coffee on the fly', which has recently undergone a new restyling.

The décor creates interesting contrasts in order to strike the right balance between aesthetics and optimal use of space: we respect and maintain the history that still survives while everything that is missing is designed from scratch, such as our counter with its spaceship-like appearance.
The shop windows are constantly being fitted out and their spaces house small parlours with a déco flavour, which captivate passers-by, inviting them to treat themselves to a sweet and welcoming experience.
It is through attention to all these details that Gaudenti has created a format that combines the typical Italian pastry experience with a more international patisserie dimension. The traditional values of the made-in-Italy confectionery culture meet with a desire for renewal that is also visible in the menu.
Indulgent American pancakes are flanked by the typical maritozzi; next to the iconic tiramisu appear delicious waffles and savoury bagels, all enriched by the unique flavour of a good Caffè Vergnano espresso coffee.
